Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Domestic Shipping (within India): 10-15 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Cheryl Arts is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for faster resolution if tracking indicates delivery but the package is missing.
