Return & Refund Policy

At Cheryl Arts, we value the support you show us by purchasing our products. We strive to provide the best quality products and ensure that every item is carefully made and packaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and opened, unless the product itself is faulty or defective.

Returns

We only accept returns for damaged or defective products. Any return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you believe you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us at cherylarts.el@gmail.com with the following information:

  • A clear video of opening the package (unboxing)

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective product

  • A detailed description of the issue

Return Shipping

The cost of returning the product to Cheryl Arts is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging to avoid further damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.

After the refund is issued, it may take 7–10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be reported to Cheryl Arts within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Please note that the unboxing video is required for us to process your return request.

  • Photo proof of damage must be provided, especially for items damaged during shipping.

  • A detailed explanation of the issue must be submitted to our customer support team.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Cheryl Arts reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request.

Important Note

We are unable to assist with:

  • Items reported after the 7-day return period

  • Claims without photo proof of the damaged product or packaging

  • Missing packages after confirmed delivery by the courier

Please note that Cheryl Arts does not accept returns for general customer dissatisfaction or change of mind.
